Practice Information

All practices begin the week of November 27, 2023 for all squads. Season ends the week leading up to the squads’ last tournaments in February or early March in the case of U16s NITs.

Some squads’ seasons may go longer than other squads based on tournament selections.

All squads will practice at Dulles Sportsplex (21610 Atlantic Blvd., Sterling, VA 20166) Goalie coaches will be working at the Sunday team practices.
