How to determine your U Group
USA FH determines U group by the age a player is as of 12/31 each year for the following year, i.e. if a player is 10 on 12/31, she is U12 for the following year. The majority of the winter season takes place after 12/31/2022 so all players are invited to join these age groups for the Winter 2023-2024 season:
o U10 is for players born in 2014 and later
o U12 is for players born in 2012 and 2013
o U14 is for players born in 2010 and 2011
o U16 is for players born in 2008 and 2009
o U19 is for players born in 2007, 2006, and 2005
